Returning an Online Purchase

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style.
You can return/exchange items by mail within 30 days of your order date, as long as merchandise is:
- Unwashed, and
- With original tagging intact
- Defective (90 days)
So what we recommend you do is try everything on as soon as you can without removing any tags and set aside anything that you feel you'd like to return or exchange.
Please note: There are no returns or exchanges on Clearance and/or final sale merchandise, unfortunately.
If you're ready to get started on the return/exchange process, fill in the required info in the "Order ID" and "Email" boxes below. If you're more of a "I like to read the directions" kind of person, scroll down a bit and read the 7-step process first before filling out the form. Either way it is pretty quick and painless.
Here is how the process will work:
- Once you are ready to get your return shipment process started, enter your order number and email in the appropriate boxes below and click the "Lookup" button.
- Your order details will show on the screen. Confirm you have entered the correct order information and then click "create request".
- Select the product(s) you'd like to return/exchange.
- Select the "return reason" from the drop down window for each product(s).
- Add any notes and/or pictures you feel are important to convey to us.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Click "Submit Request".
What will happen next? Great question!
- You'll receive a Return Request notification pretty soon after you've submitted yours.
- We will review your request and advise you of its confirmation or denial with 24-48 hours.
- If confirmed, you will receive further information about how to package your return and we will send you a prepaid shipping label (yeah, no cost to you!).
- Once we receive your package, we will process the remainder of your order, whether it is a refund, exchange or store credit.
And that's it! We sure hope everything is right the first time around, but if it is not, we are committed to making sure you're completely happy with your order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q - What's eligible for return?
A - You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale.
Q - Can I return Final Sale items online?
A - No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale and/or Clearance merchandise.
Q - What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase?
A - You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
Q - Can I get a price adjustment for an online purchase?
A - Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of your order date. Simply send us an email message at email@example.com within the fourteen (14) day window. We'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.
